as detailed as possible. All postings are free and you
can post as many jobs as you need candidates to fill them. |

| Search our Database for your ideal TeleWorker. Search
by keywords, rate of pay, experience, location, etc. View
experience, see photos, listen to voice recorded files
and select the TeleWorkers you want to interview. |

Interview and Hire the TeleWorkers who are right for you.
Interview by Phone through our Conference Call System in place. Discuss the
assignment, hours, training requirements, daily/weekly
scheduling and establish Meet Ups as often as it suits you.
*Some good questions to ask:
“What is your time availability?”
“Do you have a private room or a quiet area to handle calling assignments?”
“Do you have a high speed broadband connection?”
“Do you have a headset you have certified that will work on the Freedom
System?” or with the technology you are using
“Have you done this work before?”
“Can you commit to X number of hours a week for XX Months?”
Once you hire a TeleWorker you will be billed for hours
worked by the TeleWorker on an ongoing basis until you
end the relationship. Either party can end the relationship
at any time. Once you hire a TeleWorker we will send a
confirming email to you and the TeleWorker. You can now
give specifications to start assigning tasks to the Tele-
Worker. Post detailed assignment tasks on the TeleWorker
home page or send by email. Use our built in Chat to discuss
tasks, solve issues and make sure assignments are
done as you expect. |

 If you choose Freedom TeleWork Technology, purchase seats for
as many TeleWorkers who will be concurrently calling at any time.
Using this technology, you will be able to manage the TeleWorkers
seamlessly through your Supervisors Call Monitor where you
will have access to tools to enable you to Record All Calls as MP3
Files, generate detailed calling reports, and control TeleWorkers
by using Spy Mode, Whisper Mode and Barge-in Mode as Live
calls are taking place. Pay TeleWorkers by reviewing weekly time
sheets. Review Time Sheets every Tuesday evening. Your account
will be charged each week after you have reviewed the time
log.
