Freedom TeleWorkers is the Largest Online Community of TeleWorkers. TeleWorkers are home based workers who are seeking work as independent contractors handling your outbound or inbound sales, customer service, or collection jobs. In addition, jobs as chat Agents or answering e mail queries can also be handled by Freedom TeleWorkers, as well as spread sheeting jobs and other types of work. You may hire Freedom TeleWorkers and use your own in house Monitoring and call center software, or use the Freedom TeleWork Call Center Pro Solutions. Basically, you hire, manage, and pay workers in a 3 step process: Hire- Post your free job offers at Freedom TeleWorkers. Review TeleWorkers, listen to voice files, set up interviews, and hire the best choices for your calling application. Manage- Meet up with your team, discuss the assignments, use our tools like Barge In,Whisper and Spy Modes to listen to your callers or review MP3 files. Pay- Review weekly reports of hours incurred and authorize TeleWorker payment.

All TeleWorkers have completed a comprehensive profile and have passed various exams, such as computer skills, reading comprehension, personality assessment as well as optional four hour coursework and exams on Telemarketing and Customer Service. Many TeleWorkers have recorded voice files for you to listen to, and have posted pictures. You select who you want to interview and you make your hiring decisions. Although our TeleWorker database is worldwide in scope, we have focused on recruiting American TeleWorkers, who comprise 80% of our database. We have found that American workers offer the best value in return on investment for employers, since there are typically no language skill barriers. Our corporate users have access to a complete set of management tools to monitor and train their TeleWorkers with an hourly payment model. This hourly payment model is a great cost savings for employers, who are not responsible for paying taxes, benefits, occupancy, overhead, internet connectivity, supplies, etc. for these workers.

HOW DOES FREEDOM TELEWORKERS MAKE MONEY?
Freedom TeleWorkers are paid by the hour for Outbound Jobs or by the minute fort Inbound jobs, subject to an Inbound Minimum, which is set at 50% of the TeleWorkers Outbound fee. Freedom TeleWorkers adds $2 onto the hourly wage for the complete technology suite and unlimited talk time for at least 30 hour workweeks. The TeleWorker receives 90% of the payment, with 10% is allocated to maintenance. For instance, if the TeleWorker requests $10, the corporate customer is charged $12/hr. This keeps the process simple, and the employer's paperwork to an absolute minimum ‹ there's no difference for the employer between paying a TeleWorker in Miami or three in Mumbai, Manila and Munich. Freedom TeleWork also makes money if Corporate Users choose to use Freedom TeleWork Call Center technology monthly seats. However, our customers can use any calling platform they wish, in conjunction with TeleWorkers. TeleWorkers have their hours automatically logged by the Freedom TeleWork system for their time spent on Inbound and Outbound campaigns. TeleWorkers are responsible for logging their own hours when using other technology solutions to accomplish the calling mission. At the end of the week, corporate users are charged a bill rate which includes the Freedom TeleWorker fees.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP MY OPERATION?
You can proceed at whatever level you are most comfortable with. If you are in a rush, you can get your remote call center set up with a few days. It's as simple as setting up your free account, posting a detailed job offering, search for the Teleworkers you would like to hire, setting up your interviews either online or by chat, hire your team, provide training materials, and you are ready to go.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY TELEWORKERS ARE WORKING?
Using Whisper, Spy, Barge In Mode, recorded MP3 files, and reviewing reports makes it easy to monitor your TeleWorkers.

DOES FREEDOM TELEWORKERS MANAGE MY PROJECT?
As the Corporate User you are responsible for managing your remote TeleWorkers. Choosing to use your TeleWorkers in conjunction with Freedom TeleWork Call Center Pro Technology it is easy to work with, manage and supervise TeleWorkers anywhere in the world. If you are not comfortable managing your team, Freedom TeleWorkers includes many very experienced TeleWorkers with a great deal of experience managing phone rooms and TeleWorkers. Search carefully

WHAT IS THE COST TO HIRE A TELEWORKER?
TeleWorker rates are from $8 to $20 an hour, depending on skills and experience. Included in this rate is the Freedom TeleWorker fee. To sign up, you will need access to a major credit card, which you must confirm your card one time through a random charge verification or submitting identification. There are no other fees associated with Freedom TeleWorkers besides their hourly wage.

MUST TAXES BE PAID ON TELEWORKER WAGES?
No, there are no tax consequences of using TeleWorkers because they are Independent Contractors who own there own businesses and are therefore responsible for their own taxes. For USA based TeleWorkers who earn more than $600 annually, Freedom Tele- Workers will issue a 1099 MISCL Statement to that TeleWorker.

HOW DO I END A SCHEDULED JOB?
As a corporate user, you have the ability to end an assignment at any time. So, if you want to stop incurring the hourly fee for a TeleWorker job, you must end the job. You can set up a new job and invite TeleWorkers at any time thereafter. If you do not want to end the assignment, but want to stop billing temporarily, you can change the hourly weekly limit to 0, however please note that lowering their weekly limit will not take effect until Monday of the following week.

A Freedom TeleWorkers' contact information including an email address and Google chat ID will be shared as soon as an interview has begun.

How do I know how much work the TeleWorker did?
Using the Freedom TeleWork Pro Plan Technology, our activity log charts each Tele- Worker and the specific time they were active on the system and the specific talk time they were active on calls. Furthermore, all calls can be MP3 Archived for your review. This tracking guarantees convenient, safe, and accurate billing for all work performed on hourly jobs. However, if the TeleWorker is using other technology, or is engaged in activities such as secretarial, e mail answering or chat, these are offline activities to the Freedom TeleWork system and TeleWorkers are responsible to manually log their hours onto the time card, and corporate customers will be given a chance to approve those hours. Please note that is the Teleworkers responsibility to make sure that they log their hours accurately.

Certainly. You can post a job and hire Freedom TeleWorkers through the system and then use your own technology solution for the work performed. Just note that our supervisory tools are built into the Freedom TeleWork system, so make sure to use a system with the right management tools to ensure a well-run campaign.

How do I get billed by Freedom TeleWorkers.com?
Billing is easy. When TeleWorkers log into the system, we track every minute logged and submit it to you at the end of each week. For inbound jobs, TeleWorkers are paid according to the specific time worked answering the incoming calls. On an inbound job, if the TeleWorker is not receiving enough inbound calls to fulfill their hourly wage, they always earn ‘minimum wage’, which is 50% of their hourly wage. After a two day review window of all logged time, we bill you and charge your credit card for all approved hours tracked in our system. If you will be using a credit or debit card with Freedom TeleWorkers, our policy is to charge your credit card for hours worked after 11:59 PM EST on Thursday night for hours worked the previous Sunday 12:00 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM. Please note that before the TeleWorker can begin working for the week, Freedom TeleWorkers.com will do an Authorization only on the card on file to determine that the credit necessary will be available on that card.

Freedom TeleWorkers.com earns $2 per hour of the hourly rate of the TeleWorker and the rest of the payment is guaranteed to the TeleWorker. For instance, if a TeleWorker requests $10 per hour for their customer service work, their profile reads as $12 per hour for the dialing tools, infrastructure and talk time.

What if there is a dispute?
Corporate Users have complete control over hours worked by their contracted for Tele- Workers. Corporate Users have no requirement to continue a business relationship with a particular TeleWorker if that relationship is not working out for the Corporate Users satisfaction. If there is concern by the Corporate User over hours reported by the Tele- Worker, we suggest you contact the TeleWorker and suggest that an adjustment of hours is appropriate, refund of amounts paid, or other actions to resolve. If need be, Freedom TeleWorkers can be requested to review the facts and to assist in coming to a binding resolution of the dispute. Ways to avoid disputes are to use Freedom TeleWorkers technology so you have access to Spy, whisper and Chat mode, have certain calls recorded for review later for Quality assurance, set meetings with TeleWorkers to provide additional training, and always use Freedom TeleWorkers to make payments to TeleWorker.

What is the Guaranteed Payment policy?
Freedom TeleWorkers guarantees payment to TeleWorker from corporate customer as long as the following sets of conditions are met: · The hours being claimed must have been worked using Freedom TeleWorkers Online INBOUND or OUTBOUND call technology and follow this User Agreement, Addendum, and Our Website terms and conditions. · The hours being claimed are at a rate which historically has been charged by that TeleWorker or is in accordance with what a TeleWorker of a similar skill level in a similar geographic area would have earned. · No more than eight hours each day may be claimed under the guarantee

When do I receive payment?
For hourly assignments, the FT work week begins Monday at 12:00am EST and ends the following Sunday at 11:59pm EST. Any changes to your Time Log, including offline time, are due at 11:59pm EST on Tuesday of the following week, when the Time Log is frozen. Payment occurs on the 15th and last day of each month, at which time you will be paid for all work performed during the previous Payment Period. A Payment Period is approximately two weeks in duration. If the 15th or the last day of the month falls on a weekend, the payment will be made the following Monday. TW’s on the last day of the month are paid for work performed from the previous 1st to the 14th day of the month, and on the 15th of the month are paid for work performed on the previous 15th through the 30th day of the month. TW payments are always two weeks behind.

How do I get paid for other assignments, not inbound/outbound work?
There will be cases where Corporate User may ask TeleWorker to spend time reviewing materials or analyzing a spreadsheet or any other task that will not be automatically logged into Freedom TeleWorkers generated timesheets as inbound calls or outbound work assignments. The time invested in these activities may be added manually to your Freedom TeleWorkers timesheet as long as your Corporate User has approved of this extra work. For your protection and to avoid cases where the Corporate User will not approve of the time expenditure after you have added it to your time sheet, it is best to get approval in writing from the corporate user of the tasks and the expected time frames and frequency of the assignment.

Are there any fees or taxes are deducted from my wages?
Freedom TeleWorkers does not charge TeleWorker¹s any fees other than a cost recovery fee if a TeleWorker should request payment by wire transfer or other non standard payment methods. Freedom TeleWorkers adds a 20% surcharge onto the requested TeleWorker hourly fee, and charges the TeleWorker a fee of 5% of amounts disbursed to TeleWorker as Freedom TeleWorkers source of revenues for the TeleWorker program. So, if you request $10 an hour, Freedom TeleWorkers will charge $12 an hour for your services, and you will receive the requested rate of $10 an hour less a 50 cent handling charge.

How do taxes work?
As a corporate customer, you do not need to pay any additional taxes if you're purchasing services through Freedom TeleWorkers. U.S.-based TeleWorkers fill out a W-9 form and 1099s are provided to those who earn more than $600 per year at the end of the year. International TeleWorkers are responsible for reporting their earnings to their appropriate tax agencies.
