WHY CHOOSE FREEDOM TELEWORKERS?
Freedom TeleWorkers is Smart HR. There is never a fee to post a job or interview
workers. There are thousands of TeleWorkers who have registered. All TeleWorkers have
completed a comprehensive profile and have passed various exams, such as computer
skills, reading comprehension, personality assessment as well as optional four hour
coursework and exams on Telemarketing and Customer Service. Many TeleWorkers
have recorded voice files for you to listen to, and have posted pictures. You select who
you want to interview and you make your hiring decisions. Although our TeleWorker database
is worldwide in scope, we have focused on recruiting American TeleWorkers,
who comprise 80% of our database. We have found that American workers offer the
best value in return on investment for employers, since there are typically no language
skill barriers. Our corporate users have access to a complete set of management tools
to monitor and train their TeleWorkers with an hourly payment model. This hourly payment
model is a great cost savings for employers, who are not responsible for paying
taxes, benefits, occupancy, overhead, internet connectivity, supplies, etc. for these
workers.
HOW DOES FREEDOM TELEWORKERS MAKE MONEY?
Freedom TeleWorkers are paid by the hour for Outbound Jobs or by the minute
fort Inbound jobs, subject to an Inbound Minimum, which is set at 50% of the
TeleWorkers Outbound fee. Freedom TeleWorkers adds $2 onto the hourly wage
for the complete technology suite and unlimited talk time for at least 30
hour workweeks. The TeleWorker receives 90% of the payment, with 10% is
allocated to maintenance. For instance, if the TeleWorker requests $10, the
corporate customer is charged $12/hr. This keeps the process simple, and the
employer's paperwork to an absolute minimum ‹ there's no difference for the
employer between paying a TeleWorker in Miami or three in Mumbai, Manila and
Munich. Freedom TeleWork also makes money if Corporate Users choose to use
Freedom TeleWork Call Center technology monthly seats. However, our
customers can use any calling platform they wish, in conjunction with
TeleWorkers. TeleWorkers have their hours automatically logged by the
Freedom TeleWork system for their time spent on Inbound and Outbound
campaigns. TeleWorkers are responsible for logging their own hours when
using other technology solutions to accomplish the calling mission. At the
end of the week, corporate users are charged a bill rate which includes the
Freedom TeleWorker fees.

Is this outsourcing?
Not really. When companies "outsource," they typically dump the project on an outside
contractor and expect all the management to be done by someone else, someone ‘out’
of the company. At FreedomTeleWorkers.com we believe corporate customers and our
Freedom TeleWorkers get the best results when they collaborate throughout the project
and work just as local employees work; with regular communication.
